Initiate Conversation. Guide Discussion. Find Common Ground. Build a Bridge. Transform Lives!
- Design a group that positions girls for success
- Confidently deal with emotions and difficult situations
- Create a culture that appreciates diversity, creativity and self-expression
- Deeper understanding of urban culture and the impact it has on our girls
If we are going to truly meet the needs of the girls that we serve, it is critical that we keep a pulse on this urban culture. We can no longer afford to wing it, the cost is too great. What worked five years ago will not prove as effective today. We must remain relevant if we want to make an impact.
Our girls need a sense of purpose so that they can have hope for their future. Our girls must be equipped with the tools to manage their emotions and the ability to create and maintain healthy relationships. We must empower our girls to develop a positive mental attitude and that requires a deeper level of interaction and engagement.
This training is a great first step in that direction. You will walk away with the skills, strategies and know-how to create a safe place for girls to discover and thrive.
Make plans to join us and bring someone with you.
